Residential Drywall Detection – One of our Certified K-9/Handler teams will prepare and scan the interior of the home for the presence of corrosive vapors associated with Defective / Chinese Drywall. The findings will be verbally reported on site and written documentation of the findings will be delivered via email.
FEE: $395

Building Clearance – This type of scan is used in the remediation process. After the Defective/Chinese Drywall has been removed there is a period of time necessary for the remaining corrosive vapors to finish off gassing before the building can be rebuilt. One of our Certified K-9/Handler teams will scan the interior of the home for the presence of any remaining corrosive vapors. A written report of the findings will be delivered via email.
FEE $395 (If the presence of corrosive vapors is indicated, then additional time will be needed for off gassing to complete. A second Building Clearance scan should be conducted)

Sending Samples – If there are no K-9/handler teams in your area, samples of suspected Defective/Chinese Drywall can be sent to our Center to be scanned by one of our certified teams.
FEE: First 4 samples $294, additional samples from same building are scanned at $45 each. Written reports indicating the presence or absence of corrosive vapors will be delivered via email.
